The problem we solve
Folio was born out of a frustration that many job seekers and ourselves know all too well. You spend hours crafting your CV, browse through hundreds of job applications, hit send, and then hear nothing…
Meanwhile, recruiters scroll through hundreds of similar PDFs, trying to figure out who's actually the right fit.
We asked ourselves, what if your CV could talk? What if you were not limited to just that 1-2 pages that you're always encouraged to keep to? What if a recruiter could ask you the questions that matter and get instant answers about your experience, skills, and capabilities before the actual interview?
That question turned into Folio.
Folio is built for both sides of that table. For job seekers, it means showing up as more than a static document. For hiring teams, it means getting the clarity they need before the interview room, not inside it.
We're early. We're building carefully. And we genuinely believe the future of hiring is more than what's on a paper.
